From choosing your stone to designing your piece, carving, polishing, and finally oiling, you'll experience the joy of bringing your artistic vision to life!

A Multi-Day Journey: Transforming Stone into Art

In this Large Sculpture class, you'll embark on a multi-day journey to create your masterpiece. On Day 1, spend an hour designing your art. Overnight, our expert carvers will rough-cut and block out your design in our carving studio, preparing it for your next session.

On Day 2 (and Day 3 if needed), you'll work on filing and shaping your block, bringing it closer to your final design. With guidance from our skilled instructors, you'll refine the details, sand your sculpture to perfection, then apply an oil finish. At the end of the class, take home your extraordinary piece, a testament to your artistic skill and creativity.
